Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-in-one mail management tool, which will grant you absolute command over your email box accounts and e-newsletters. With this user-friendly interface, you can set up a new email box account in no time and administer its settings easily. Moreover, you can forward e-mails from one email box to another, set up e-mail filters, create auto-response messages and protect your mail accounts against junk e-mails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can protect all your e-mail accounts against junk e-mails. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make sure that no unwanted emails will find their way into your mailbox. Your e-mail messages will be filtered out on the basis of their spam score. You can also choose whether a message blacklisted as spam should be deleted or redirected to a given e-mailbox.
Email Filters
E-mail filters are excellent for filtrating your incoming electronic mail messages based on certain criteria set by you. Setting up e-mail filters is very easy - all you have to do is fill in a simple form and your email filter will be created and will take effect instantly. You can swiftly create an e-mail filter for any of your e-mailbox accounts and define the filtering criteria according to your preference.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly forward your incoming mail messages from one e-mail account to another, or even to a number of other email boxes. Simply choose the email mailbox you want to forward mail messages from, then specify the target mailbox and select if you wish to leave a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager, you can easily set up the email client of your choice to access your e-mail accounts. Just go to the Auto-Config column next to the email box you wish to set up on your desktop PC or cell phone and click on the email client that you wish to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your mail client and the new email box account will be set up in an instant.

With the Email Manager graphical user interface, working with multiple email box accounts at the same time is a piece of cake. The Email Manager graphical user interface will also allow you to quickly create an auto-response message - enter the message you would like people to read and our system will do everything else.
